4、deshapecurvaturesquaremethodofvibrationmodeshapesinaluminiumbeamisreported.TherequiredmodeshapecurvatureofahealthystructurewasobtainedviainterpolationofmodeshapecurvatureofadamagedstructurewithFourierseriesfunctionsofdifferentorders.Algorithmemployedcalculationsofstandardizeddamageindexdistri

5、butionsoverbeamcoordinate.Finiteelementsimulationsofproposedmethodologyinvolvingvariousartificialnoiselevelsandreductionofmodeshapeinputdatapointswerevalidatedonthedamageidentificationresultsofexperimentallymeasuredmodeshapeswhichweremeasuredusingscanninglaservibrometer.Resultsshowthatthealgo
