2、elationisaninequalityforprecisionofthermodynamicquantities,statingthatitisimpossibletoattainhigherprecisionthanthebounddefinedbytheentropyproduction.Suchtrade-offrelationsbetween“cost”and“quality”existinseveralfields.Particularly,instatisticalinferencetheory,theinformationinequalitiesassertthati

3、tisinfeasibleforanystatisticalestimatorstoachievesmallererrorthantheprescribedbound.Inspiredbythesimilaritybetweenthethermodynamicuncertaintyrelationandtheinformationinequalities,weapplytheinformationinequalitiestosystemsdescribedbyLangevinequationsandderivetheboundforthevarianceofthermodynam

4、icquantities.WhenapplyingtheCram´er–Raoinequality,theobtainedinequalityisshowntoreducetothefluctuation-responseinequality,whichrelatesthefluctuationwiththelinearresponseofsystemsagainstperturbations.WealsoapplyHammersley–Chapman–Robbinsinequalitytothesystemsandfindarelation,givingthelowerboundof

5、theratiobetweenthevarianceandthesensitivityofthesystemsinresponsetoarbitraryperturbations.Toconfirmthesecondinequality,weapplyittoastochasticlimitcycleoscillatorandnumericallyshowthattheratiobetweenthephasevarianceandthephasesensitivityisboundedfrombelowbythereciprocalofthePearsondivergence.In
