1、·908·西部医学2015年6月第27卷第6期MedJWestChina，June2015，Vo1．27，No．6胎盘多肽对MDS患者骨髓病态造血的影响王清丁倩黄竹芸(贵州省人民医院血液科，贵州贵阳550002)【摘要】目的研究胎盘多肽对骨髓病态造血的影响。方法选取2010年1O月～2012年12月住院治疗的3O例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者作为研究对象，另选取3O例同期体检的健康人作为对照组。采用免疫组化方法检测其造血细胞[骨髓细胞(BonemarrowcellFasligand，Fas)和骨髓细胞配体(BonemarrowcellFa

2、sligand，FasL)]的表达。体外培养使用胎盘多肽，并观察其对两组造血功能以及造血细胞凋亡的影响。结果MDS患者不同病种的Fas表达不同，幼红细胞性顽固性贫血(refractoryanemia，erythroblastic，RAEB)患者明显低于难治性贫血(Refractoryanemia，RA)患者，过量的幼红细胞性顽固性贫血(refractoryanemiawithexcessblasts，RAEB-t)患者明显低于RAEB患者，三者之间差异均具有统计学意义(均．P<0．05)。MDS患者的CFU—GM和CFU—E明显低于对照组(P
