2、香枝体外抗氧化能力及对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用,为该植物的开发利用提供参考。【方法】制备辽东丁香枝乙醇提取物,通过对其总酚含量以及清除DPPH、ABTS·能力和还原性能的测定,评估辽东丁香枝醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性;建立小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,灌胃高(2Og/kg)、中(10g/kg)、低(5g/kg)剂量(以生药计)的辽东丁香枝水提取物,研究其对小鼠肝脏系数、血清ALT和AST活性及肝组织中MDA含量的影响。【结果】辽东丁香枝醇提取物具有一定的抗氧化活性,其清除DPPH、ABTS·的l值分别为0.0701和0.308mg/mI;辽东丁香枝醇提取物具有
