1、临森医学工程2014年4月第21卷第4期·419··论著·(，临床工程)超声胃镜对食管、胃隆起性病变的诊断应用研究成艳玲，邓由清．桂玉成(广东省东莞市清溪医院，广东东莞523660)【摘要】目的研究超声胃镜对食管、胃隆起性病变的诊断结果。方法回顾性分析我院从2011年1月到2013年1月收治的172例食管、胃隆起性病变患者的临床资料，按照诊断方法的不同，将患者分为观察组(超声内镜诊断)和对照组(胃镜诊断)各86例，分析超声内镜检查与胃镜检查的诊断价值。结果172例食管、胃隆起性病变患者中，食管黏膜下平滑肌瘤43例、腔外脏器压迫35例、胃息肉32例、胃黏膜下平滑肌瘤21例

2、、食管间质瘤18例、平滑肌肉瘤1()例、十二指肠黏膜下平滑肌瘤8例、胃囊肿5例。所有病例经手术或病理证实。观察组诊断率为82．56％，明显高于对照组的58．14％，差异具有统计学意义(P<()．05)。超声胃镜诊断与术后诊断符合率为94．64％。结论在食管、胃隆起性病变临床诊断中应用超声胃镜检查，诊断准确率较高，可准确掌握病变的部位、范围及大小等，值得临床推广。【关键词】超声胃镜；食管；胃隆起性病变；诊断价值中图分类号：R730．41文献标识码：Adoi：10．3969~．issn．1674—4659．2014．04．0419ResearchonEndoscopicUl
