1、AbstractWiththedevelopmentoftheeconomicsintheworld,Englishhasbecomeabasicskillmustbemasteredbypeopleinthemodernsociety,therefore,Englishteachingisanimportantconstituentofthesecondaryvocationaleducation.In2011,theCurriculumStandardofEnglsihintheSecondaryVocationalSchoolindicatesth
2、at“inthedifferentfields,student’sabilityinEnglishisputforwarddifferentdegreesaccordingtotheiroccupationrequirements,andEnglishplaysanimportantroleforthestudentsinthesecondaryvocationalschooltodevelopintheiroccupationcareers.”Consequently,ithasbeenanemphasisforEnglishteachingtoimp
3、rovestudents’communicationalabilityinEnglish.However,thecurrentsituationofEnglishteachinginthesecondaryvocationalschoolsisnotoptimistic.Differentfromstudentsinhighschool,studentsinthesecondaryvocationalschoollackofinterestandpositiveattitudetolearningbecauseoftheirpoorEnglishbasi
4、c.InordertoimprovetheiroralEnglishability,inadditiontotheimprovementofteachingmethods,thechangeoftheteachingevaluationisalsoveryimportant.Teachingevaluationisrathernecessaryintheteachingprocess,whichistofindtheproblemsintheteaching,andthentosolvethem,soastoimproveteachers
5、9;teachinglevelandtopromotestudent'sstudy.Therefore,itbecomeahotpointfortheteacherstochooseaneffectiveevaluationmethodintheteaching.SincetheformativeassessmentasanewconceptwasproposedbyScrivenin1967,ithasbeenfocusedmoreandmore.Theformativeassessmentistoevaluatestudents’p
6、erformanceinthedailylearningprocessanditalsomakesanevaluationofstudent’sscoreandtheirdevelopmentinemotion,attitudeandstrategy,whichisbasedonthecontinuousobservation,recordandreflectioninordertohelpstudentsknowwhattodowithwhattheylearnedincertaincontext.Asanorganicpartoftheprocess
