1、第一节信用证的用词（一）用累赘词表达单一含义ineffect/force生效，如“remainineffect/forceuntilMay10th”。nullandvoid失效，如“becomenullandvoid”。refuseandrejection拒绝，如“paymentrefuseandrejection”。reserves,guaranteeorindemnity保函，如“paymentunderreserves,guaranteeorindemnityisnotallowed”。termsandconditions条款，如“inaccordancewiththetermsan

2、dconditionsofthisL/C”。underandincompliancewith依据，如“underandincompliancewithtermsofthisL/C”。（二）表示“根据、依照”的词1、asper常用于不太复杂的条款中。如“Reimbursement:Weshallpayyouasperyourinstructionsuponmaturity”偿付：在到期日，我行将根据你行指示向你行付款。2、inaccordancewith典型书面语，语气严肃。如“Weundertaketoreimburseyouinthecurrencyofthedocumentarycre
