1、本科毕业设计(论文)题目：我国房地产企业资本结构优化探析院系：会计学院专业：会计学学号：姓名：李四指导教师：张三2016年6月摘要随着我国不断发展的市场经济，合理的资本结构是企业发展壮大的关键性因素。资本结构理论也是一个备受关注的问题，国内外学者针对资本结构理论进行了大量的研究。房地产逐渐成为我国的支柱产业之一，房地产行业可以有效地带动相关产业的发展，同时也扩大了就业机会。但我国房地产开发企业的近况是小规模，多数量，质量有限，房地产企业也属于资金密集型行业，资金需求量格外大。现状和行业特点造成了我国房地产企业高资产负债率这个行业
2、通病。负债结构不合理更为严重，企业的大部分负债主要来源于银行贷款，属于中短期负债。不合理的资本结构让企业缺乏抵御风险的能力，而且受到国家对银行政策的宏观调控的影响。所以研究我国房地产企业资本结构现状及其存在的问题，探寻出关键性因素，使企业定立最优资本结构，有利于房地产企业健康长足的发展。本文主要以房地产上市公司为研究对象,以资本结构相关理论和实证研究结合分析我国房地产企业资本结构的现状和相关问题，根据相关影响因素为切入点进行实证分析。通过本文的研究旨在探寻我国房地产企业资本结构存在的问题，进而创建合理的资本结构，使我国房地产行业
