5、的“数控编程与操作”理论知识和操作技能,适当拓展“数控编程与操作”的深度和广度。2.培养学生运用“数控编程与操作”技能,结合学过的机床、工艺、工夹具等专业知识,完成零件编程和加工的综合能力。3.学习和训练查阅各种技术资料,编制相关的专业技术文件的基本技能。二、课程设计要求1.完成指定的课程设计课题,达到以下基本要求:1)课题分析:明确加工内容和加工要求。2)工艺规划:制定工艺方案;选定工艺参数;完成零件、刀具、夹具的选择、定位和安装;编制工序卡、刀具卡等技术文件。3)程序编制:建立编程坐标系;编写数控加工程序单。4)刀轨模拟:检验加工程序准确无误。5)仿真加工:检验零件加

7、20%《数控编程与加工》课程设计课题(13)课题名称:数控铣床加工程序的编制与仿真检验。已知条件:数控铣床加工零件图。课题内容:编制内外轮廓铣和孔加工的数控加工程序单,并进行加工仿真检验。1.课程分析1.1零件图分析图1-1零件图图示零件从结构来看,该零件包括了凹台,平面,打孔等加工。凹台在零件的内表面的四边,有四个。打孔在这四个凹台上进行加工。零件中间的凸台平面是对称结构。其中多个长度以及宽度尺寸,有较严格的尺寸精度和表面粗糙度等要求,适合数控铣床铣削加工。尺寸标注完整,轮廓描述清楚。零件的材料为45刚,该材料具有较高的强度
