6、······································12一、设计题目1.1设计题目:电机转子嵌绝缘纸机1.2工作原理及工艺动作过程工作原理:为了提高电机转子空槽嵌入绝缘纸的生产效率和工作质量,构思一种高效电机转子嵌绝缘纸机是很有必要的。工艺动作过程:(1)送纸:将一定宽度、卷成一卷的绝缘纸送一定量到位;(2)切纸:按需要切下一段绝缘纸;(3)插纸:将插刀对折切下的绝缘纸,插入空槽;(4)推纸:将插入槽的绝缘纸推到要求的位置;(5)间歇转动电机转子。间歇转动转子使之进入下一工

7、作循环。1.3原始数据及设计要求(1)每分钟嵌纸80次;(2)电机转子尺寸:直径D=35~50mm,长度L=30~50mm;(3)工作台面离地面距离约1100~1200mm;(4)机构的结构尽量简单紧凑,工作可靠,噪声较小。1.4设计方案提示根据绝缘电机嵌绝缘纸机的工艺动作,可分为间歇送入机构,切纸机构,间歇转动机构。而且这些机构可以采用多种不同的机构形式。故运用形态学矩阵来加以选型。执行机构可采用的机构型式间歇送纸机构不完全齿轮棘轮机构槽轮机构曲柄摇杆切纸机构凸轮机构曲柄摇杆传动机构不完全齿轮棘

8、轮机构槽轮机构曲柄摇杆11.5设计任务(1)按工艺动作要求拟定运动循环图;(2)进行送纸,切纸,插纸,推纸,转子分度五个执行机构的选型;(3)机械运动方案的评定和选择;(4)按选定的电动机和执行机构的运动参数拟定机械传动方案;(5)画出机械运动方案简图;(6)对传动机构和执行机构进行运动尺寸计算。二、原动机的选择机械系统通常由原动机、传动装置、工作机和控制操纵部件及其他辅助零部件组成。工作机是机械系统中的执行部分,原动机是机械系统中的驱动部分,传动装置则是把原动机和工作机有机联系起
