3、sesforwhichproductionisexpectedtoincreaseyear-to-year.ThesmalleroutlookforU.S.wheatcombineswithreducedproductionforecastsforboththeEuropeanUnion(cut1.5millionmetrictons)andRussia(cut0.5million)andcontributestoareductionofmorethan4millionmetrictonforglobalwheatproduction(fig.1)
