2、及其提供的服务功能（例如洁净水、食物、林产品、洪水控制和自然资源）的状况与趋势进行了最新的科学评估，并提出了恢复、保护或改善生态系统可持续利用状况的各种对策。TheMillenniumEcosystemAssessment(MEA)isappealledbytheSecretary-GeneraloftheUnitedNations，KofiAnnan,officiallylaunchedin2001.Thegoalofthisprojectistoassesseffectonhumanbeings
