5、方法来实现,而且考虑到在铰链智能布置系统中,铰链数模的参数信息需要被用到,因此有必要对铰链数模进行参数化。需要参数化的对象包括在铰链上创建的坐标系、铰链开度、铰链轴线到车门端的距离、铰链在车门端的安装孔的中心间距、铰链在车门端的安装孔的直径,和铰链轴线到车身端的距离、铰链在车身端的安装孔的中心间距、铰链在车身端的安装孔的直径,以及铰链销轴的直径等参数。可先在特征树上创建一个几何集“辅助”,以下创建的辅助几何对象都可放在其中。2.创建铰链坐标系新建几何集“AxisSystem”。由于铰链分上、下铰链,为方便布置

6、,可在铰链数模上分别建立两个坐标系,坐标系原点“OriPoint.1”、“OriPoint.2”应该在销轴孔轴线上,且位于销轴孔中心,z轴方向应该选择销轴孔轴线“AxisLine”(其实销轴孔轴线可以表示铰链轴线),y轴方向选择zx平面,如图2.1所示。图2.1创建铰链坐标系页103.铰链开度在几何集“辅助”下,新建一个参数:Angle(Hinge),表示铰链的最大开度。对于一般的铰链而言,都带有限位结构,则铰链必存在最大开度,即车身端的铰链与车门端的铰链刚好发生干涉的两个极限位置的夹角。首先是确定铰链开度为
