1、中国当代医药2015年4月第22卷第10期·I临床药学·卡前列甲酯栓联合钙剂预防及治疗产后出血的效果观察冯桂林南京市江宁中医院产科，南京211100曲萄要】目的观察卡前列甲酯栓联合钙剂预防及治疗产后出血的临床效果，为患者用药提供合适的方案。方法回顾分析2012年1月～2013年12月本院收治的足月正常妊娠阴道分娩产妇200例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组产妇胎头娩出后给予10％的葡萄糖酸钙1g静脉快速输注，分娩后给予卡前列甲酯栓直肠给药。对照组产妇给予缩宫素20u静脉滴注。比较两组的产后出血率、产后出血量、宫缩恢复时间和不良反应情况。结

2、果观察组的产后出血率明显低于对照组，出血时间和宫缩恢复时间明显短于对照组。产后2h出血量明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(尺0．05)。两组的不良反应情况差异无统计学意义(JD>0．05)。结论卡前列甲酯栓联合钙剂预防与治疗产后出血的效果显著，可减少产后出血量，不良反应发生率低，是一种安全可靠的防治方法。【关键词】卡前列甲酯栓；钙剂；产后出血；不良反应【中图分类号】R714．461【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674—4721(2015)04(a)一0141—03Effectobservationofcarboprostmethylatesu
