2、ckwhethergroundingwireisreliablyconnected.二、开机作业Startingupoperation①将热电偶引线“+-”接于仪表后部接线端。Connecttheleadofthermocouple“+-”withterminallocatedintherearpartofgauge.②将电进线和输出线按接线图所示，接于控制器接线板上。Connectinputlineandoutputlinewiththewiringboardofcontrolleraccordingtowiringdia

3、gram.③调节调零器使指针位于“0”位。Adjustzeroadjustertomakepointerstay“0”position.④打开电源开关，将温设定调至所需温度。...Turnonthepowerswitch,andadjustthetemperaturetothedesiredtemperature.⑤打开温度控制器电源开关，绿灯亮，接触器吸合，电流表指示相应电流值，电热丝通电升温，指针向右偏转，达到温度值后，温度控制器自动切断电源，接触器断电，同时切断电热炉电源，绿灯灭、红灯亮，当炉温低于所需温度时，控制器自
