3、es,information,etc).3.2withcustomerfocusprojectstaffestablisha"customer-focused"thinking,fullyawarethatmeettheircustomers'needsandexpectationsisthefundamentalpursuitofproductionandservicesprojects.Projectsinproductionandserviceprocesses,to:3.2.1identifyanddeterminetheneedsandexpectationsoftheprojec
