1、连云港港疏港航道整治工程安全生产管理实施细则第一章总则第一条为加强连云港港疏港航道整治工程施工现场管理，促进安全生产保障，保障人身和财产安全，实现连云港港疏港航道整治工程科学、规范、安全和文明的管理目标，根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《建设工程安全生产管理条例》、《安全生产许可证条例》、《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》、《公路水运工程安全生产监督管理办法》等相关法律法规的基本原则，结合本工程实际，制定本细则。第二条在本工程开展期间，凡参建本工程的建设、勘测、设计、施工、监理、试验、检测、监控单位和派驻现场的各单位均应遵守本细则。第三条本工程安全生产管理实
