7、相关法律、法规并结合公司实际，依据集团现行《工程合同管理办法》（BE-01-A2006年2月27日生效），制定本公司的《工程合同管理实施细则》，从而对工程类合同的筹划、起草、谈判、签订、纠纷处理等实际操作的工作内容及程序进行规范化管理。第二条工程合同的签订应遵循平等、自愿、公平、诚实信用原则，严格遵守国家《建筑法》、《合同法》等现行的法律、法规。第三条本办法中“工程合同”是指工程勘查设计合同、工程监理合同、工
