1、胜利油田石油开发中心有限公司2013年度集体合同（草案）第一章总则第一条为维护职工和企业合法权益，保持劳动关系和谐稳定，促进公司科学发展，根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》、《中华人民共和国工会法》、《山东省企业集体合同条例》，结合石油开发中心有限公司（以下简称公司）实际，制定本合同。第二条本合同的协商、签订和履行遵循下列原则：（一）合法原则；（二）平等合作原则；（三）协商一致原则；（四）兼顾国家、企业、职工利益原则；（五）维护正常的生产、工作秩序原则。第三条本合同对公司
