1、布美他尼抑制脊神经元钠钾氯联合转运蛋白1的功能实现镇痛以往研究结果提示,钠钾氯联合转运蛋白1和钾氯联合转运蛋白2,参与脊髓水平的疼痛传导调控,可通过调节疼痛通路神经元的氯离子浓度影响神经元兴奋性和疼痛敏化。中国南方医科大学珠江医院何雁冰博士所在团队发现,足底切割损伤后大鼠脊髓神经元钠钾氯联合转运蛋白1表达上调,钾氯联合转运蛋白2表达下调。作者推测,鞘内布美他尼可能通过抑制脊神经元钠钾氯联合转运蛋白1的功能从而发挥对切割痛的镇痛效应。文章发表在《中国神经再生研究(英文版)》杂志2014年5月第10期。免疫荧光染色显示,大鼠足底切开后钾氯联合转运蛋白2在腰4-5节段脊髓同
