3、esArticle1TheseRegulationsareformulatedinaccordancewiththeLaborLawandthePublicServantsLawinordertoprotecttherightstorestdaysandannualleaveofemployeesanddeployemployeestoactivelydischargetheirduties.Article2Theemployeesofunitssuchasauthorities,organizations,enterprises,institutions,privatenon-ent

4、erpriseunitsandindividually-ownedcommercialandindustrialbusinesseswithemployeesthathavebeenworkedcontinuouslyformorethanoneyearareentitledtopaidannualleave(hereinafterreferredtoas"annualleave").Unitsshallguaranteethatemployeesareentitledtoannualleave.Employeestakingannualleaveareentitledtothewag

5、esofanormalworkingday.Article3Whereanemployeehasservedonefullyearbutlessthan10yearsaccumulatively,heisentitledtofivedaysofannualleave.Ifhehasserved10fullyearsbutlessthan20years,annualleaveis10days.Ifhehasservedfor20fullyears,annualleaveis20days.Article4Anemployeeisnotentitledtoannualleaveforthec

6、urrentyearifheisunderanyofthefollowingcircumstances:1.Theemployeeisentitledtosummerandwintervacationsinaccordancewiththelawandthenumberofdaysofsuchvacationsismorethanthatofhisannualleave;2.Theemployeehastakenmorethan20daysofcasualleaveaccumulativelyandhisunitdoesnotdeductwagesinaccordancewithpro
