7、。本文件由中国粮油学会提出。本文件起草单位:中储粮成都储藏研究院有限公司、河南工业大学、浙江金匠建筑装饰工程有限公司、成都聚能科技有限公司、河南聚研材料科技有限公司。本文件主要起草人:本文件为首次发布。IT/CCOA××××—××××引言粮仓气密性是影响储粮性能的重要指标之一,关系到储粮技术的应用效果和储粮成本。在我国以往的粮仓建设中,由于认识和经济原因,以及气密材料和处理工艺研究不多,导致平房仓的气密性普遍较差。平房仓的气密性处理是一个系统化的工程,涉及的因素较多,在气密性工程化改造施工时需重视细节问题,如空鼓、缝隙

8、、穿线管、工艺孔洞的处理,粮面膜的查漏补漏,装粮线双槽管的密封处理,气密涂料喷涂的均匀平整等,才能确保实仓的气密性达到较高的水平,一个环节措施不到位,就会影响平房仓的整体气密性。通过编制本文件,以规范平房仓的气密改造,整体提升气密改造效果,降低气密改造成本,为低温绿色储粮和气调杀虫创造良好条件。IIT/CCOA××××—××××平
