3、of1/4.Itisestimatedthatthedryareasinthenorth,thesurfacewaterratehasreached43%~68%,groundwaterresourceexploitationratehasreached40%-84%,duetoexcessiveexploitationandalargeareaoffarmlandirrigationongroundwater,thelandsubsidence,thesurroundingriversandlakesweredryingup,waterresourceispoor,la
4、ckofadequateirrigationfarmland.Inaddition,thepollutionofwaterresourcesisexpandingrapidly,resultingintherapidreductionofwaterthatcanbeusedasresources.Inthefuture,withthegrowthofpopulationandindustrialization,theoccupationofagriculturalresourceswillbefurtherexpanded,andthebindingroleofresou
