1、Stat3及其靶基因产物与VEGF在鼻咽癌中的表达及关系【关键词】鼻咽癌【摘要】目的检测鼻咽癌中信号传导与转录激活因子（signaltransductionandactivatorsoftranscription，STATs）Stat3及其靶基因产物与VEGF的表达，探讨其在鼻咽癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化技术检测慢性鼻咽炎29例，人鼻咽癌活检组织60例，鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移28例Stat3、CyclinD1、Bcl-xL和VEGF蛋白的表达。结果鼻咽癌中Stat3及其靶基因产物（Bcl-xLCyclinD1）、VEGF明显高于鼻咽粘膜慢性
