6、公司“三抓一创”工作思路，紧紧围绕同业对标创一流主线，突出标准化、规范化管理，全体人员认真学习，扎实工作，严格执行管理标准、工作标准和技术标准，确保了各项归口工作的顺利开展实施。为了更好的开展下年度的各项工作，现就年度主要工作完成情况总结如下：生产经营目标完成情况暨二○一○年完成的主要工作一、2010年电网建设及维护生产计划费用及完成情况。2010年度我局电网生产维护费用预算为974926.25元，其中，变电部分414767.2元，35KV线路部分13306元，10KV部分463620.57元，配网检修
7、维护补助部分83232.48元。变电部分全年结算资金143902.4元，包括两季检修费用25243.6元，技改工程82428.8元，备品备件采购36230元，与年初预算414767.2元相比，结余资金270864.8元。35KV线路部分全年结算资金14275.2元，包括两季检修费用3634.9元，4.24风暴民东3512线路故障抢修费用10640.3元，与年初预算13306元相比，超支资金969.2元，超支部分主要原因为：35KV民东3512线路倒杆断线故障属不可抗力原因造成，抢修费用未在年初预算中包括
