7、o第一章编制说明一、编制目的根据公司《华融电子科技有限公司工程安全专项施工方案编制、审核管理办法》，结合项目施工生产实际情况，为确保优质、安全完成本工程电缆敷设的施工任务,特编制此施工方案,用以明确、指导该项工程的施工管理。二、编制依据1.本工程设计图纸及其有关的技术资料。2.本公司的《质量保证手册》、《程序文件》、《项目管理文件》、环境及职业安全健康管理手册及其支持性文件。3.公司及分公司《华融电子科技有限公司工程安全专项施工方案编制、审核管理办法》4.相关的技术规范及标准图集：《电缆敷设》D101-1～7(2
