2、DRESS)andBBB,INC.,a_________Corporation("LESSEE"),havingaprincipalplaceofbusinessat_________(ADDRESS).I.THELEASE 1.1LEASEOFEQUIPMENT.InaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement,LessorshallleasetoLessee,andLesseeshallleasefromLessor,thepersonalproperty,includingal
3、lsubstitutions,replacements,repairs,partsandattachments,improvementsandaccessionstheretoandtherein(the"EQUIPMENT"),describedintheleaseschedule(s)(each,a"LEASE")tobeenteredintofromtimetotimeintowhichthisAgreementisincorporated.EachLeaseshallconstituteaseparate,dis
4、tinct,andindependentleaseandcontractualobligationofLessee.LessororitsassigneeshallatalltimesretainthefulllegaltitletotheEquipment,itbeingexpresslyagreedbybothpartiesthateachLeaseisanagreementofleaseonly. 1.2TERMOFLEASE.Theoriginalterm(the"ORIGINALTERM")oftheEquipmentshall
5、commenceontheCommencementDateand,subjecttoSections3.3and3.5below,shallterminateonthedatespecifiedintheLease.Notwithstandingtheforegoing,theOriginalTermfortheEquipmentshallautomaticallyextendforsuccessive30-dayperiodsafteritsexpiration(each,an"EXTENDEDTERM")unlesseitherpart
6、ygivestheotherpartywrittennotice,atleastthirty(30)dayspriortotheexpirationoftheOriginalTermoranyExtendedTerm,asthecasemaybe,ofitsintentnottosoextendtheapplicableLease.ExceptasspecificallyprovidedinthisSection1.2,noLeasemaybeterminatedbyLessororLessee,foranyreasonwhatsoever,priortoth
7、eendoftheOriginalTermoranyExtendedTerm(collectively,the"LEASETERM").NotwithstandinganyprovisiontothecontrarycontainedinthisAgreement,LesseeshallbedeemedtoaccepttheEquipmentontheCommencementDate(asspecifiedineachLease). 1.3RENTALPAYMENTS.LesseeshallpayLessorrent("RENT
