2、施工、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。本设计为钢筋混凝土框架结构，采用现场浇筑施工。本施工组织设计编制采用较为先进的表格化方法。设计过程中充分考虑了广州地区的环境因素对工程的影响，并做出了具体的应对措施。广州是亚热带季风性气候，三月到五月份为雨季，进入六、七、八、九月，时有大雨、台风。因此在基坑支护阶段和防止外墙渗漏等进行了特殊安排。对于高温施工时的注意事项也进行了充分的考虑。同时，根据与业主的协商，将本工程的施工时间安排在9月——6月之间，尽可能地降低地区性环境因素对工程的影响。关键词建筑施工组织设计雨季高温AbstractThed
