4、U.3.2UndernocircumstancesshalleitherPartybeliabletotheotherforanycostsordamagesofanykind,includingwithoutlimitation,incidental,consequential,specialorspeculativedamages,lostofprofitsorlossofbusiness,inconnectionwithnotmovingforwardtoconclusionofbindingl
5、egalagreementsbetweentheParties.4PUBLICITYNeitherpartyshalldisclosetoanythirdpartynorpublishinanymannerortoanyextenttheexistenceof,northeiractivitiesunder,thisMOUwithoutthepriorwrittenagreementoftheotherparty.Neitherpartyshallincorporateormakeuseofanyfo
