3、rmaloperationofanenterpriseorafamily.Entitiescancontinueoperating,thekeyliesinthesourceoffund,theflowofcashflowandinvestmentisreasonable.Ifanentityhasadequatecashflow,soundchannelstofinancefundsinbusinessactivities,itwillbehealthydevelopment;otherwiseitwillstagnateorevenfallintoth
4、edebtcrisis.However,maintenanceoftoohighalevelofliquidassetscouldbeexpensive.Cashbalancesinparticularyieldnoincome,yetwillcostthesameasanyassettofund.Therefore,cashflowalwayshasbeenoverlookedinthepastonecentury,whichresultedinmanyproblemsmanyseriousproblems.Fortheworldeconomy,ifth
5、ecashflowofacountry’snationaleconomyisshortage,itwillleadtoseriousconsequences.Overviewofthemajorfinancialcrisiswhichhappenedinthetwentiethcentury,theyare,moreorless,relatedtocashflow.Inthe1980s,LatinAmericancountiesbrokeoutadebtcrisiswhichstartledthewholeworld.Itsbroadscope,serio
6、usdegreeanddurationhaveneverbeenseenbeforeinthelonghistoryofLatinAmerica.LatinAmericandebtcrisisbeganinMexicoin1982.In1982,Mexico’sforeignexchangereservesfellintodangerouslylowlevel.Inaddition,theunpaiddebtdueisupto28.63billiondollars.However,Mexicohasbeenunabletopaytheprincipalan
7、dinterestsdueandcalledforforeignbankstoallowdeferredpayments,butwasrefused.ThentheMexicogovernmentannouncedhispaycrisisthathewasunabletopaythedebtduewith19.5billiondollarsonAugust12,1982,triggeringthecrisisinLatinAmerica.Whatwecanseefromthisdebtcrisisareincludingthefollowingtwoasp
