1、河南财经学院本科生毕业论文（设计）商业银行发展投资银行业务问题的研究院系名称财政金融学院姓 名杜习华学 号2005405303专 业金融学指导教师黄湃教授2009年5月20日18摘 要我国实行“分业经营，分业监管”的金融体制，人民币利率市场化改革进一步推进，存贷利差进一步缩减，直接融资产品所占的市场融资额度不断扩大，银行业已经全面开放，商业银行要面对外资银行的激烈竞争与挑战。为了提高经营能力和盈利水平，商业银行必须开展投资银行业务。国家已经在政策法规层面对商业银行发展投资银行业务提供了依据。我国商业银行由于本身所具有的一些特征构成了我国商业银行发展投资银行业务所具有
2、的先天优势，但由于制度约束、人才匮乏、风险控制、业务整合等原因，我国商业银行的投资银行业务与国际大型金融机构相比仍有不小的差距。因而在自身优势的基础上，建立投资银行部门、加强业务整合联动、完善风险内控机制、培养专门业务人才，使我国商业银行在开展投资银行业务的同时，进而提高我国商业银行的经营能力和盈利水平。关键词：商业银行；投资银行业务；业务综合化18AbstractChina'simplementationof"separateoperation,separatesupervision,"thefinancialsystem,market-orientedreformof
