6、preneurswhoaredevotedtothehydropowerindustry.Accordingtoincompletestatistics,asof2006,privatecapitalaccountedfor70%ofthetotalassetsofsmallhydropowerstationsinZhejiangProvince,andnowtheprivatecapitalofZhejianghydropowerisbeingtransferredtothewesternregion.Of
