4、cyengineeringandwaterprotection,guaranteethesafeoperationoftheproject,givefullplaytothefunctionandbenefitofwaterconservancyproject,accordingtothe"People'sRepublicofChinawaterlaw","People'sRepublicofChinarivermanagementregulations","JiangsuProvinceWaterConservancyProjectManagementOrdinance
5、"andotherlawsandregulations,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisapproach.ArticlesecondtheadministrationandprotectionofwaterconservancyprojectswithintheadministrativeareaofthisMunicipalityshallbegovernedbythesemeasures.Accordingtothewaterconservancyproject,referstotherivers,lakesandgroundw
6、atersourcesdevelopmentandutilization,control,allocationandprotectionofwaterresourcesofvariousprojects,includingrivers,lakes,reservoirs,dikes,sluices,pumpingstation,irrigation,ponds,ditchesandotherengineeringandancillaryfacilities.Thefacilitiesforfloodcontrol,drainageandwatersupplyunderthe
