3、ardedtoyouasaresultofyourfailuretoappeal.Rememberthatinmostcasesyoumustmakeanapplicationtoanemploymenttribunalwithinthreemonthsofthedatewhentheeventyouarecomplainingabouthappened.Ifyourapplicationisreceivedafterthistimelimit,thetribunalwillnotusuallyacceptit.Ifyoua

6、rcompensationifyouwinthecase.Thisisknownasa damages-basedagreement.InEnglandandWales,yoursolicitorcan'tchargeyoumorethan35%ofyourcompensation ifyouwinthecase.Ifyouarethinkingaboutsigningupfor adamages-basedagreement,youshouldmakesureyou'reclearaboutthetermsoftheagr
