1、员工储蓄及退休福利基金计划（Employeesavingsandretirementbenefitsfundprogram）EmployeesavingsandretirementbenefitsfundprogramThefirstmechanicalindustryLimitedbyShareLtd(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"company")hasdesignatedthisplanas"machineryindustryLimitedbyShareLtdemployeesavingsandretirementwelfarefundprogr

2、am"(hereinafterreferredtoas"theplan").TheThesecondobjectiveofthisprojectistoprovidewelfarebenefitstoemployeesandtheirfamilieswhoparticipateinthisprojectwhentheyparticipateintheretirement,turnover,disabilityordeathoftheemployee.TheThirdofthecompany'sformalemployeeshavetoparticipateinthisproj

3、ect.Theemployeesparticipatinginthisplan(hereinafterreferredtoas"participatingemployees")havetheobligationtofulfilltheprovisionsofthisplan,andenjoyalltherightsstipulatedinthisplan.TheFourthemployeesinits3%monthlysalarypaymenttotheFund(hereinafterreferredtoas"tofund").TheTheamountpaidtothecom

4、panybytherecordshallprevail.TheParticipateinstaffshouldparticipateinthisplan(inanotherformat)inthedeductionfromthefundinthemonthlypayrollfromLicensingcompanies.ThefifthcompaniesundertakethemonthlyappropriationoffundsinaccordancewiththeamountofeachparticipatingFund(hereinafterreferredtoasthe

5、relativefund).Participateinstaffbecauseofunpaidleavetosuspenditspaymentwhenthecompanyisalsorelativelyfunding.TheInadditiontothemonthlyappropriationoftherelativefunds,thesixthcompaniesappropriatedthefundsatanytime(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"giftgrantfund").Thetransferfundisassignedbythecompa

6、nytoaspecificemployeeaccount.However,itisnotnecessarytopayequalorrelativecontributiontotheemployeeswhohavebeenassignedtoparticipate.TheSeventhparticipatingfunds,relativefundsandappropriatedfundsmustbeusedexclusivelyforthewelfaremeasuresofemployeesandtheirbeneficiariesorlegalheirs.Thedisburs
