2、terialsscienceandmechanicalengineering,hotpressformingprocessofthevehiclehighstrengthsteelswasanalyzed.Thehotformingprocessinclud-ed:heatingalloysrapidlytoaustenitemicrostructures,stampingandcoolingtimely,maintainingpressureandquenching.Theresultsshowedthatmosto
3、faustenitemicrostructurewaschangedintouniformmartensitebythehotpressformingwhilethesampleswereheatedat900。Candquenched.Theoptimaltensilestrengthandyieldstrengthwereupto1530MPaand1000MPa,respectively,andtheshapedeformationreachedabout23%.Andspringbackdefectdidnot

6、chniquesforthesakeofautomobilelightwei-ght,suchasthickness-gradienthighstrengthsteel(HSS)ormetalbasedcompoundplatesbycon-tinuouspressingorhotpressforming[1].AlthoughHSShasbeenappliedinsomedomestictopgradevehicles,thekeyproducingtechnologieshavealwaysbeendominate
7、dbyforeigncompan-ies,suchasAcelorCompany,soastoraisetheproductcostobviously.Bydomesticself-designedhotpressformingtechniquesandwater-coolingmould,theautomobileHSScanbeproducedtosubstituteforeignvehicleparts.Ingeneral,withtheenhancementofsteelblank,smechanicalstr
