5、LSandMETHODS20eyesof20patientswhounderwentDSAEKsurgerywereexamined.FullanteriorsegmentscanswerecapturedwithCASIA®OCT.Theopticalcentreofthecorneaandeightmeridians(0°,45°,90°,135°,180°,225°,270°and315°)wereanalyzedwiththeFLAPTOOL,thatallowedpreciseidentificationandmeasuremento
6、fendothelialgraftthickness.Flapthicknesswasmeasuredatthecenterandat1,5mmand3mmeccentricityalongeachmeridian.ANALYSISDATAforeachanalyzedeye(20):Centralflapthickness8thicknessvaluesat1.5mmeccentricity8thicknessvaluesat3mmeccentricityDescriptiveanalysisofthicknessvalueswasperfo
