2、ivenesscapacity.VirtualCellularManufacturingSystem(VCMS)isaninnovativeproductionmethodwhichcanensuresystemflexibilityandefficiency,andalsoit’sintegratedtheadvancedconceptsofagilemanufacturingandleanmanufacturing.Basedonproductiontasksandproductionprocesses,VCMSformsagr
3、oupofcellslogically,andtimelycoordinatesthesharingofresources,anddynamicreconfigurationtoensureloadbalancingandoptimizetheentireschedulingprocess.Therefore,itcaneffectivelyimprovethequickresponsivenessabilityanddynamicadjustmentcapabilitiesofthesystem.Basedonanalyzingt
4、herelevanttheoriesandresearchstatusofvirtualcellinadeepgoingway,thispaperspecificstudiesthedynamicschedulingproblemofvirtualmanufacturingcellunderthecombinedeffectofcycleandevents.Consideringthecomplexityofdynamicschedulingproblem,thispaperisdividedintotwosteps.Firstly
5、,consideringtheplanperiodcontrolmechanism,thispaperadoptsthemethodoftimedivisionmultiplestagetodevelopthevirtualcellproductionschedulingplan.Virtualmanufacturingcellmulti-perioddynamicschedulingmodelwasestablishedwhichincorporatedparametersoftheprocessingtaskdynamicdem
6、and,deliverytime,equipmentprocessingcapability,andloadbalance.Andweproposedtaskprioritysortingstrategiesateachtimestagetocoordinatetheallocationofsharedresources.Theobjectiveistominimizecompletiontimeandthetotalmaterialsandcomponentstravellingdistanceincurred.Meanwhile
