1、论民营中小企业管理制度的创新［摘要］随着社会经济的不断发展，民营中小企业为了适应国内外环境的变化，必须进行改革。制度创新是指新的制度或者新的制度结构的产生，否定、扬弃或改变旧制度的动态过程。具体而言，民营中小企业制度创新指的是“以企业为主体，为了更好地实现企业制度的功能，在收益与成本评价的基础上以及制度供给的范围内涉及新的企业制度上创新的过程”。制度创新主要包括企业财产关系、治理结构、分配融资、运行机制、管理模式等方面的创新范畴，它与技术等其他创新既有共性又有个性和显著特例。首先，民营中小企业的制度创新是在其产品、技术、市场创新等
2、一系列的创新活动前提，是产生主动创新和持续创新的重要制度保证；其次，企业管理制度要随着生产力及市场经济发展而不断完善，就必须适应经济全球化的需要，不断创新；最后，制度创新设计企业内部不同层面的制度改革，同时还涉及企业外部的金融体制改革、社会保障制度改革、政府机构改革等外部制度变革，我们必须从系统的观点出发，注重企业外部制度创新与内部制度创新的协调运行，促使其互动共进。［关键字］民营中小企业企业文化制度创新机制变革技术创新OntheInnovationofModernManagementSystem[Abstract]Withthe
