1、广西师范学院硕士学位论文摘要研究生教育是高等教育人才培养的最高层次，研究生素质的高低关系到社会主义现代化事业的兴衰成败。研究生思想政治教育仍是研究生教育中的一个薄弱环节。提高研究生思想政治教育的实效性，成为思想政治教育工作者面临的一个新课题。本文立足广西，展望全国，以“研究生思想政治教育实效性”为切入点，探寻提高研究生思想政治教育实效性的对策。本文对研究生思想政治教育实效性的特点进行了总结，并分析了研究生思想政治教育实效性的评价标准、原则和方法。以广西高校为例，通过实证调查，分析并总结出广西高校研究生的思想政治状况。总的来说，研究生的思

2、想主流是积极向上的，同时在研究生中出现政治信仰弱化、道德观念淡化、价值取向多元化、心理问题日益突以及“思政课”不能满足广大研究生需求的问题。本文从思想政治教育构成要素的角度分析了影响研究生思想政治教育实效性的原因，并相应地提出了增强研究生思想政治教育实效性的具体对策和措施。对研究生思想政治教育实效性的研究，具有理论意义和实践意义。一方面，能够拓展思想政治教育学科领域，深化学科理论，丰富研究生教育体系；另一方面，有利于改进我国研究生思想政治教育，提高研究生的思想政治素质，保证研究生的教育的质量。关键词：广西高校；研究生；思想政治教育；实效
