1、20例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿首次诱导化疗并发肠梗阻的原因及护理章桂芳（安徽医科大学第二附属医院安徽合肥2300601）【摘要】FI的：探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿行首次诱导VDLP（V:长春新碱D:柔红霉素L:门冬酰胺酶P:泼尼松）治疗小儿白血病所致肠梗阻的原因及护理方法。方法：选择我院2011年2月至2013年12月收治的20例确诊急性淋淋巴细胞Q血病患儿行首次VDLP诱导合并肠梗阻作为研究对象，分析总结引起并发症的原因，采取相应的护理对策，给予禁食水、胃肠减压、温盐水加开塞露灌肠；经胃管注入蓖麻油，静脉补液及营养支持治疗；有感染迹象时同时给予抗生素治疗肠道及全身感染。结果：I〜2周内
