1、探讨急性前壁心梗与下壁心梗心律失常对预后的影响大庆市龙南医院银河家园社区卫生服务中心163000摘要：目的浅析急性前壁心肌梗死（心梗）与下壁心梗心律失常对预后的影响。方法此次研宄的对象是选择98例心梗患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将患者按病发部位分为前壁心梗组（48例）和下壁心梗组（50例）。所有患者在100ml生理盐水中加入100万〜150万U尿激酶，并在30min内采用静脉滴注的方式输入到患者体内。釆用pm8000型参监护仪对患者的心律状况进行连续3d的监测。对比两组患者预后。结果前壁心梗组发现陈旧性心肌梗死14例，占29.17

2、%;下壁心梗组发现陈旧性心肌梗死6例，占12.00%。前壁心梗组出现陈旧性心肌梗死患者的比例明显高于下壁心梗组（P<0.05）o前壁心梗组出现28例心律失常现象，其中3例患者因心律失常死亡，心律失常发生率为58.33%,死亡率为6.25%。下壁心梗组出现32例心律失常现象，6例患者因心律失常死亡，心律失常发生率为64.00%,死亡率为12.00%。下壁心梗组心律失常发生率及病死率均高于前壁心梗组（P<0.05）。结论急性前壁心梗与下壁心梗心律失常对预后有显著影响。关键词：心肌梗死；心律失常；预后[Abstract]Object
