1、心理护理干预在无抽搐电休克患者中应用的效果分析四川攀枝花，攀枝花市第三人民医院［摘要］目的探究心理护理干预在无抽搐电休克患者中应用的效果。方法选取我院2015年2月〜2016年2月80例采用无抽搐电休克治疗的患者，按照护理干预措施的不同将其分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组采用常规护理干预措施，观察组在常规护理的基础上采用心理护理干预措施，采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)抑郁症自评量表(SDS)进行评定分析，比较两组患者在无抽搐电休克治疗中焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况，采用临床疗效总评量表(CGI-SI)用于评定临床疗效，采用治疗依从性的评定标准和自制的满意度调查评分对依从性和满意度作比
2、较。结果观察组的临床疗效有效率是57.5%，总有效率是95%,满意度是95%;对照组的临床疗效有效率是37.5%,总有效率是75%，满意度是75%;观察组的临床疗效和满意度优于对照组，心理护理干预后患者的焦虑、抑郁症状自评分明显低于对照组，依从性高于对照组，两组差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对无抽搐电休克患者进行心理护理干预，可减少患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高患者的临床疗效和依从性，提升患者满意度，使患者积极接受并配合'治疗，达到预期疗效。［关键词］心理护理干预无抽搐电休克应用效果Psychologicalnursinginterventioninpatient
