8、危害程度分析1.1危险源评估由于自然或人为、技术等原因,当透水事故或灾害不可能完全避免的时候,建立透水事故应急救援体系,组织及时有效的应急救援行动已成为抵御事故或控制灾害蔓延、降低危害后果的关键甚至是唯一手段。在矿井生产过程中,存在着水害重大危险源,为控制水害重大事故的发生,减少事故造成的损失,---煤业矿井范围内,无强的含水层,影响生产的积水主要来自于本矿采空积水及老空积水。在日常的生产中要监测采空积水及老空积水。坚持“有疑必探,先探后掘”的原则。1.2重大水害隐患
