4、URegulation392/2012(energylabellingofhouseholdtumbledriers)bothdescribeverificationprocedureformarketsurveillancepurposes.Theserequirementsareforusebymarketsurveillanceauthoritiesonly;theyshouldnotbeutilizedbymanufacturersorothereconomicoperators.However,AnnexZBo

5、fthisstandardgivestheimpressionthatmanufacturersshouldtaketheseverificationtolerancesintoaccount.Manufacturersareadvisedtorecordandreporttheresultsofmeasurementsandcalculationsdirectlywithoutmakinganyadjustmentsfor‘tolerances’,asimpliedbyAnnexZB.Whenevertheprovis
