1、工匠精神与高职院校思想政治教育融合的“三性”闰晋虹山西金融职业学院社科部摘要：在习近平同志提倡的“立德树人”大思政背景下，如何将工匠精神的涵与价值融入思想政治教育“立德”与“树人”的全过程，培养具备优秀匠心品质的技能型人冰，并以此为切入点探讨两者融合的重耍性、必要性和可行性，既是高职院校转型跨越的必然出路，也是落实高校思想政治教育实效性的时代要求，有助于实现产教融合，用符合时代需求的人才助力中国制造向中国智造的转变。同时，工匠精神的培育与高职院校思想政治教育在教育的内容、方式及目的等方而有相通之处，为两者的融合提供了必
