2、creasingto95°Conlyin1.5minutes.Moreover,theheatingpowerreachs14Wandthevolumeresistivitygets2.5Ω·cm.Theresultsshowthattheelectrothermalcoatingwiththeoptimumformulaofadding5%copperpowderhasastrongadhesion,excellentagingresistance,goodchemicalcorrosionresistance,stablem

3、icrostructureandexcellentcomprehensiveproperties.Theoptimumpreparationprocessparametersaretheshearrotationalspeedof10000rad/min,thedispersiontimeof10minutes,thecuringandelectricheatingtimeof30minutes.Thecomprehensiveperformanceoftheelectrothermalcoatingwiththeoptimum
