6、oca-ColaCompanymergedsomeofitscompany-ownedoperationswithtwolargeownershipgroupsthatwereforsale,theJohnT.LuptonfranchisesandBCIHoldingCorporation'sbottlingholdings,toformCoca-ColaEnterprisesInc.TheCompanyoffereditsstocktothepubliconNovember21,1986,atasplit-adjustedpriceof$5.50as
