1、中文摘要防水工程是建筑工程的重要组成部分,施工质量直接关系到建筑物的使用寿命，直接影响人民生产活动和生活的正常进行，防水技术的施工是否规范更对整个建筑的施工产生重要的影响。本文通过对我国建筑防水材料的现状进行分析，通过查阅相关资料和施工经验，总结出建筑物防水工程施工前的准备工作，防水施工过程的质量控制，防水施工的重点项目以及质量检查等问题。结合建筑防水施工技术的科学理论，从基层、防水材料以及防水关键部位等方面，对防水工程的实施提出建设性意见。因此，要保证防水工程的质量，设计是前提，施工是关键，还要选择合适的防水材料。科学研究建筑工程的防水施工技术，对防
