4、esignation,adjustingandimprovinghuman resourcemanagementstrategiesandmethodstoexertinfluenceontarget. Referringtotheexistingtheoriesonturnover,analyzing,summarizingand concludingthedifferentcharactersofdifferentobjectsintheseveralOnline Gamescompanies,raisedtheassumptionsofthreemain

5、factorsaffectingthe resignationintentionwhichareIndividuals,organizationandsociety.The questionnairedesignedbyLikertFive-PointRatingFormat,passedReliability testingcanreflectstheimpactfactorsandtheextentoftheturnoverrateofonline gamesindustryfromeverydimensionsfairly.Withtheprofessi
